This journey is lovingly guided by Illari, a Peruvian practitioner rooted in the Andean Cosmovision, walking in service to the spirit of the drum helping other to remember the way of the heart.
With the power of shamanic drumming, you will journey into the depths of your soul, embracing your own polarities and awakening to the wholeness of your being.
As the rhythm of the drum carries you, you’ll enter altered states
of consciousness, restoring balance to your energy and remembering
the sacred path of your heart & soul.
About Shamanic Drumming
Shamanic drumming is a practice that has been used for millennia in various cultures around the world. The repetitive and hypnotic beat of the drum can induce altered states of consciousness, allowing participants to connect with the spirit world, gain insights, and promote deep healing. It's a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation.
Workshop Highlights
1. Opening Circle: We will begin with a sacred opening ceremony to set intentions and create a safe and respectful space for your inner journey. Together, we will call in the directions, the elements, and our guides, grounding ourselves in presence and community.
2. Heart Connection: We’ll drop into the space of the heart through breathwork, gentle movement, and a guided meditation. This is a moment to soften, to feel, and to awaken the inner voice. From this place of connection, you’ll align with your intention and open yourself to the wisdom of the drum.
3. Drumming Circle: No prior experience is necessary. We’ll start with the fundamentals of drumming and guide you in finding your own rhythm — the rhythm of your heart, and the heartbeat of Mother Earth. As we drum together, we weave a collective vibration that opens the door to altered states of consciousness, healing, and remembering.
You can bring your own drum or come without one to receive the medicine of the drum circle. Together, we’ll journey through sound and spirit, sharing in the collective energy of the drum.
3. Drum Healing Journey: A 60-minute journey of healing frequencies and drumming, inviting you to access the wisdom of your heart and enter a deep, inner trance state. This is your time to receive the sacred medicine of the drum.
Lovingly held by Illari, Felipe, and Chris, this journey weaves chants and frequencies designed to restore your DNA and awaken the ancestral wisdom within you.
