About Shamanic Drumming

Shamanic drumming is a practice that has been used for millennia in various cultures around the world. The repetitive and hypnotic beat of the drum can induce altered states of consciousness, allowing participants to connect with the spirit world, gain insights, and promote deep healing. It's a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation.

About andean cosmovision

In the Andean conception of the world, it was believed that we lived in a world composed of three parts, which were in communication with each other. These three Andean worlds are: UKU-PACHA (world below, world of the dead, or inner world), KAY-PACHA (world of the present and here) and hanan-pacha (world above, celestial or supraterrestrial):
In this session we will enter these 3 worlds, from the connection with your inner wisdom, passing through a state of presence through the drums and entering the spiritual world using your own vital energy (munay ki) from your sacral chakra through your crown chakra,

Workshop Highlights

1. Opening Circle: We will begin with a sacred opening ceremony to set intentions and create a safe and respectful space for your inner journey.

2. Cacao Ceremony: Mother Cacao will be present to open the heart and start the healing process.

3. Sharing Circle & Energy Cleansing: A moment for sharing and connect with each other.

4. Drumming Circle: No prior experience is necessary. We’ll start with the fundamentals of drumming and guide you in finding your own rhythm in connection with the CHAUPI (center of all centers). We will engage in various dynamics, some as a group and others for a more individual drumming and healing process.

5. Singing Circle: After connecting with your heart, your voice will be ready to express itself and sing, embracing your own unique expression and using the words U-A-I to connect with the Ukhu Pacha, Kay Pacha and Hanan Pacha.

6. Drum Healing Journey: Through my drumming, Icaros, and Quechua/Spanish songs, you will be able to access the wisdom of your heart and enter into a deep inner process.
